Q990401a: Creating ODMA Document IDs

	2005-02-03	The development of the ODMA Library package needs to have a diary or job jar that reflects the concern expressed in the item below.
	2005-02-03	The use of relative shortcuts in this document works all right when the page is shown in the Downloads section as an Include Page. However, these URLs will be completely broken if the page is packaged as-is in a Zip file as an ODMA Library package. We still don't have a solution for this kind of transclusion. There needs to be a simple but general mechanism.
