You've reached the scaffolding for the ODMdev nodist section. 

This folder holds all of the information about the dependencies of ODMA and ActiveODMA materials on non-redistributable tools, definitions, and support materials. 

Those non-redistributable elements are not provided as part of ActiveODMA development materials.  Instead, this section describes how to obtain the necessary materials and include them under your private replica of the ODMdev Development Framework.  In that way, all of the scripts and operations that are provided for building ActiveODMA components will operate properly on your replica of the tree with minimal customization.

The idea is to provide a self-contained structure that, when supplemented by the appropriate proprietary elements, is immediately usable in carrying out the projects, demonstrations, samples, and tools here.  The non-redistributable components are needed for constructing components that rely on proprietary technology for platform integration.
